The Approach

We embarked on this project with a clear focus: creating a seamless food ordering experience for open theatre customers. To achieve this, we knew it was crucial to align perfectly with the business objectives and identify any existing challenges.

1. RESEARCH

(Deep Dive Sessions)

Extensive stakeholder and end-user interviews were conducted to uncover their needs and frustrations. This research phase provided valuable insights into current pain points and desired improvements.

3. DESIGN

(Designing for Delight)

Armed with our research and ideas, we meticulously crafted the solution's information architecture. This ensured a user-friendly layout, followed by the development of initial wireframes and a high-fidelity UX prototype.

2. IDEATION

(Brainstorming Innovation)

To unlock the ideal solution, we facilitated collaborative brainstorming sessions. Through "blue sky thinking," we explored various possibilities and identified user wants beyond immediate needs.

3. Test & Deliver

(Refining the Experience)

The final step involved rigorous usability testing. This allowed us to identify any potential user roadblocks and refine the design for optimal ease of use and customer satisfaction.

The Solution

After all the research we gave a solution to stakeholders where customers can access the menu by scanning the QR code and can order food easily. We enable the location tracking feature at both the ends with beep functionality to enhance the user experience.

When they are in close distance, it will start beeping, confirming the presence of customer and at the same time customer will get to know that the order is about to arrive soon in no seconds. This feature will help customers in tracking their food as well as delivery person in locating the customers if unique parking number is not allotted in case.
